Ingredients: Serves 4: prepare a "sfoglia" pasta sheet with 400 grams of flour and 4 eggs. Cut the sheet into four parts, rapidly dip each piece into boiling salted water and leave to dry. On each piece of pasta, spread the following ingredients: 1 kg of boiled spinach, 1 litre of "besciamella" cheese sauce, 250 grams of whole slices of ham and a dusting of parmesan cheese. Roll up each piece of pasta and cut into 3-4 cm wide slices. Put the slices from the four rolls into a buttered oven dish and cover with cream. Bake at 200° for 15-20 minutes. Serve Hot.
Utensils: Wooden work board and rolling pin for preparing the "sfoglia" pasta sheet; an oven dish; various cutlery.
