Programme:
12 and 13 March
First, an enogastronomic event, two days dedicated to famous chefs. Courses designed for professionals  who want to take their culinary knowledge and skills to new levels under the expert guidance of great chefs.

Their will be a training phase in the afternoon, for a limited number of professionals who will have the opportunity to collaborate with the chefs. In the evening there will be a gala dinner for general public. For reservation contact  0546/71113.
Participation costs (workshop): one afternoon € 150.00, two afternoons € 250,00.
Dinner € 60,00 per person.

· Monday 12 March: Philippe Léveillé restaurant Miramonti l’Altro di Concesio, , two Michelin stars;
· Tuesday, 13 March: Gianni D’Amato restaurant Il Rigoletto di Reggiolo, two Michelin stars

Thursday 15 and Friday, 16 March 
”Il Piatto Verde” - competition for culinary Italian and European high school students
”Il Piatto Verde”– cooking competition.
To participate, submit a recipe that contains one or more herbs mentioned in the list. Among all the recipes, we will select 6 finalists who will be invited to Riolo Terme to prepare their dishes in front of a panel of experts. First prize: a week-end at the Grand Hotel of Riolo Terme.  

Historical origins: The culinary event “Il Piatto Verde” was created 20 years ago thanks to Società di Area "Terre di Faenza" in order to promote the use of herbs in the kitchen.

Over the years the event has been enriched, and includes many interesting initiatives to discover the world of herbs and its culinary use.
