all restaurants promoting this initiative will be offering dishes inspired by the local products. For every dish, guests will receive a terracotta Scudone Manfredo (coin). With four different scudoni (coins) one receives a hand painted ceramic plate (decoration style: Occhio di penna di Pavone o Pavona), produced by the master ceramists of Faenza for this event, and a free entry ticket for the International Museum of Ceramics. With one coin (scudone) you will have a 50% reduction on ticket price.
