    Local Festival, that recalls the tradition of the Palio.It is said that Hannibal (effigy of Hannibal or the Niballo) arrived in Piazza del Popolo on Epiphany eve, on a cart pulled by oxen wearing the colors of the Rione winner of the Palio, to be burnt on bonfire. áThe bonfire burns every kind of adversity of the previous year. The typical majolica "gotti" are full of "biso", hot mulled wine. Tasty specialities along with mulled wine (bis˛) are served in the stalls of the 5 "rioni".
